This is my new 06 DK General Lee 16.
It's AWESOME!!!
I rebuilt the rear wheel with an Odyssey Hazard flip flop sealed hub using custom cut DT Spokes and brass nipples. The stock 16t freewheel was replaced with a 13t Odyssey job and the pedals were changed to DMR V12’s. I also replace the standard bb bearings with some sealed ones and swapped out the bars for some larger ones. And last but not leased I replaced the stock u-brake with an Avid Juicy 5 running on a 140mm Hope two piece rotor. The disc is mounted to the hub using a special 6 bolt rotor mount that screws onto the other side of the flip flop hub. I then made the mounting bracket out of some 5mm alloy plate with a piece on the back that slides inside the dropout. It works a treat!
All it needs now is a new front Odyssey sealed hub and some nicer bars...
umm hellooooo wrong forums :P
nice ride mate, smallish lol

Mad, this is the type I posted up not too long ago in a thread about 16", except the picture I had was of an older one. They are soooooo light, have fun on it, I wish somebody would just give me one that would make my day :D

Here in Adelaide at the local jump park I have seen many guys on these midget bikes clearing the tabletops...hats off to them !! I myself have trouble even pedalling one without falling off. I think i will stick to my Norco hardtail

Yeh 16 incher's rock, its' even got a 1 1/8" headtube! Nice!!
Do you have problems with crank clearance though? They look bloody long.
I' will try post mine up soon, its no where near as good as yours though.
You MUST show us pictures of it with the discs on, and if you can be bothered, try mounting an 8" rotor, haha. :D

go eat a bucket of salt so ya dont cramp up.........
Mmmmmm looks tasty!
For anyone that doesnt known these things are awesome to ride street and small dirtjumps on, you can chuck them over the dirtjumps whipping and spinning with ease, and then go and do anything imaginable with them on the street as they are so easy to chuck around. Problem is most people riding them are absolute shits, so dont be another shit on a 16" Regan, though somehow by knowing what youve posted in the past i dont think you will be. Phew!

what the hell is the point of the disc brake??? thats just lame, U brakes work just fine for every other bmx....
how big are you?? you'd have to be small to take that thing seriously...
theres this little kid at glenbrook skate park who busts out super good on a 16" and he's only 10 yrs old.. he busts 360 fly outs of quarter pipes which are easily 2 foot taller then him

Why the hell not! A disc is so much more BLING than a u brake...:D
I'm 5"11’ and can ride it fine.
I Just posted up some better pics with the finished adaptor...
I did some nice DJ's on it today. They ranged from 1-2m high with a 2-2.5m gap and tombstone vert! I was SOOOO scared, but pulled them all sweet. The bike feels AWESOME!
I'll get some pics and maybe a vid of me jumping them soon...:)

I knew this would happen sooner or later Tommo.
Regan it seems you have started a trend! Tommo_nip and I have jumped on the bandwagon already, following your example. The white paintjob looks trick though... I think I'll order that one in!
Watch out people, you will soon see gangs of used-to-be MTBers riding midget bikes just to look cool... or most likely - stupid.

HAHAHAH!!! COOL!
I'm just slowerly braking parts now :( The rear hub is dying. I've bent the axle and the bearings aren’t too smooth any more :D. Ah well, time for a new rear hub... I'm getting a Odyssey Hazard flip flop for it soon. :)
