Got this STP1 about a year ago now and has come a very far way in that time :)

Specs:-
Frame: Giant STP1
Forks: Drop Off Comp (Only thing i dont like about this bike in its current form)
Bars: 2" Rise Easton EA50
Stem: 50mm Easton Vice
Brakes: Hayes HFX-9's with barandine pads on the back
Wheelset: Ringle hubs laced to Intense Mag30's with stainless spokes
Cranks: Truvativ Hussefelt with 32t/Bashring Combo
Pedals: Black loose ball Odyssey Jim Cielencki's
Chainguide: Truvativ Rollerguide
Derailleur: 9speed Tiagra Roadie
Cassete: 25-12 Ultegra
Chain: ConneX Wipperman
Shifter: 9 Speed Deore
Seat: Specialized Fuse (Off a P-Street)
Post: Stockie
Grips: Velo Lockon's
Tyres: Maxxis 2.5" SuperTacky Highrollers
Tubes: Maxxis 2.5" DH Tubes

Other Mods: Cut seatpost down alot, bars down a little (around 25" Wide) and some local reprahzhenting for the shop :D

This is my downhill/freeride/bush bashing setup, but up until I got my second ride i also ran it in quite a nice streeting form with the stock rhynolites which came with it and just the rear brake (as i did not have another 8" rotor as my old one went onto the mag30's.. Running one brake was one of the best desicions for streeting imo).

The third pic is my Brown Fit TeamXL running basically in stock form apart from linear straight cable, tech77 lever, primo wall and v-monster tyres and JC pedals. Oh yea, cut down axles and seat post too.. Theres a weight wheenie in all of us :D
In a few weeks ill be getting some S&M Beringer Lites for those who are interested :p

Hope ya like em

WHOOH! Close up of the hub, loving it. I could sit there all day spinning that thing hehe.
Both bikes are looking awesome, any plans for after the bars?
Good Work :)

Cheers guys! They are both very nice rides, the STP in particular works out to be pretty good Hardtail FR/DH Rig :D If i was still spending money on that and not the bmx, i would have given her a nice set of forks (Pike Teams or something similar..) and possibly new cranks.

Thanks for the positive comments

Alot of things I dont like about them, but mainly they were just OEM forks that i kind of wanted to get off my bike. They are pretty cool after not riding the bike for about 6 months though haha.

The main things why i would upgrade would be:
20mm Thru-Axle
An Inch or so more travel
More Adjustability
Plushnesss
Stiffer

Cheers again
Michael
