nothing has been set as far as i know but i think that there is supposed to be one at apollo bay in november or something

races have been planned, well a whole seires but it just depends on if other clubs want to join in and help out it's all in the middle of being worked out but if all falls into place it should be about 5 - 7 races over spring summer and Autumn

apollo bay has been cancled due to land access issues (again!!!!!!!! priv land only seems to pull thru now!)

Yea private is the only way to go now, i can't believe that the you yangs is aloud to get used for races. It's fairly tight up these.

it is but it isnt it's basicly leased off the goverment i think but yeah put it this way new laws for the area = verry bad news for the apollo bay tracks...

Yeh Club MUD are gonna have a few races coming up soon as Cam said with a brand new track!!! With normal King Of Ballarat races and an other different track not at ballarat. Yeh i've heard something about Healville to, are they gonna hold a Barjarg race again?

There wont be a race before christmas... Sorry guys.. Probably early in the new year though. We will work out an exact date soon and let you all know. Ive got a lot of work I want done before there is another race at barjarg. You know the saying "Quality not Quantity". I know we all want more races down here in vic (me too) but for this one, we are gonna have to wait a little longer. So start practicing hitting up monster rock gardens now and the race will be here before you know it. Ill let you guys know as soon as everything is confirmed.

Well, not a race this time. But there is one in the planing.. For now, we have organised a ride weekend for the 8th/9th october. Full transport for both days. All the details are on the new club website (www.smbp.com.au) go check it out and tell as many people as you can about the weekend!

I'm new to Melbourne from the UK and keen to get involved in the local DH scene. As you have the best riders in the world....other than Peaty, there must be some pretty good riding somewhere?

I haven't yet got a bike yet, and no transport, and no-one to ride with yet but my TL D2 and body armour is on its way over from England.

Any help, offers of bikes or rides, links, contacts would be gratefully recieved.
