Trying a superman

hey guys
yeah, i wanna try a superman seat grab but.... is ther anything i should remember wen doin sumfen like that, wat should i do if one foot misses the pedals or my feet seem to stay in the air

if feet stay in the air, chuck the bike away from you, if one foot misses land with all your weight on your other foot.. :rolleyes: or jsut bail of the bike it the air....

try em as fly outs, start by doing no footers, then kicking your feet back while doing a no footer (thats about as far as i can get), the eventually get the whole seat grab style.

Dont try them out of a bowl, it's hard and feels weird as.(make sure you wear shinnies, i forgot to :( )

Wear Knee and shins, you will bash them against your pedals.....
Do little no footer but instead of pushing out push back and gently extend them further and further.... don't grab the seat till you can do this extended
it takes a lot of balls and a fairly big jump to land a solid SSG , Start with Supermans and work up bigger and bigger ....

i aint got them yet but i'm near it.....

You could also try them in to a foam pit just to get the action down pat. You can also try on mulch as it does not hurt if you bail.
