Oh come on now. I can think of another 2kg you could save without doing mods to the frame.

Nice, once again.

And Dim, he can't put Orange on his back, it'd weigh too much.

Seat post, forks (not sure on the weight of the nixons, but i'm sure you could go lighter), bars, stem, brakes, XO, carbon MRP. Well maybe not 2kgs, but still.

Theyre about 1.8kg with spv? im sure that x.o. isnt gonna save much more than about 40 grams from xtr mid cage...brakes..pretty light as they are....id only agree on the mrp...which is a waste of money anyway for a 4x/jump bike...

but he is squid.

I'm loving the xlite stem, I don't even want to think about how much those things are worth over here.
One day I may even learn how to jump...Just sprint at the big mounds of dirt and hang on. Works for me.

yep, that stem looks real heavy. Side on shot of some matte black bars, if you can tell me what they are i will let you have that one. it's not a particularly heavy seat either, neither are the brakes. forks are no rebas but they are not heavy either.

pfft, what is all this talk of replacing components. take off the tyres, run rims only.. who needs forks anyway? just mono around everywhere.. hey look! now you dont need forks.. or a front wheel!! and while you're at it, cut down the bars... it aint a jump bike unless it has 20" bars:P
