Picked up my newie today, 06 STP zero. Whacked some lock on's on it and cut the bars down heaps. Apart from that its a sick ride, awesome spec and feel straight outta the box, highly recommended do it all, street, 4x, DJ, even some trail riding, whatever you wanna do this bike is capable. Pike's feel sick with stacks of adjustability, nice and light, sick bike.

Spec:

14.5" frame
Pike SL forks
Juicy fives
x7 shifter and deraileurs
Rhyno lite rims
SDG i beam seat +post
easton bars/stem.
E-13 STS chainguide.

Got my e-13 today, bit of a mix up with bashrings has me running the old one for a while but the chainguide still works sweet so its all good.

Cheers to bikenow in sth melb for sorting it all out for me and brunswick st cycles for the chainguide help.

New pics now up, better qual.

Its light, super comfy and really adjustable, but it comes loose all the fuckin time! I dont see it working long term, good idea, not so good in practice in my opinion, its ok though, i'll just get another fit bike co seat like on my 250. mmmm, fit.

Cant say exactly how much it weighs, but i can say it "feels" and "rides" like a pretty light bike compared to other DJ'ers i have ridden.

i hate giants, its in my blood, but looking beyond the stickers, thats a really nice set up u got there. i hav juicy 5's on my bike, fan-farkin-tastic brakes if u ask me, i love em! havent had to bleed em once in like 5 months or weneva i got em. i love the sound of the pikes, wouldnt mind gettin some of those myself but they are fairly expensive so maybe l8r in life. how u find the juicy's? and are u happy with the ryno lites, i havent really heard much bout em but wat i hav hasnt been best reviews?

yeah mate it appears so, and theres nothing wrong with norco, which is what im sure you were trying to imply. because they very strong bikes and great value, arent they.

looks great robbie, and i imagine it rides really nice. the pic of you flattying in the skatepark thread was awesome, looks like you have a good feel for the bike allready.

and so much heavier... i havent had a problem with the rims, they stay straight, as long as you treat em right and keep em straight.

Yeah true.

I guess you didnt want to keep the 2 gears at the front, and go the DRS way?

i ve had my stp1 which has the same ryno lites, mine has only been warped once coz of a stack but other than that. they havn't folded or anything and they are pretty light. I dont mind them!

nope, I hate deraileurs in general, it makes the bars too cluttered, simplicity is the key!
