REMOVE KONA BOY'S SIGNATURE PRIVILEGES!

that said, I believe we should disable BBcode from all signatures. yes, I realise that that includes colour, but honestly, its getting ridiculous.

The big reason for leaving the code enabled is that it allows us to use smaller text sizes for the sigs, something that I wish everyone would take advantage of.

Dosen't it also allow us to have hyper-links as well. that be good..
