ummm, no? If anything, things are going the other way. Checked out squids 224? >17kgs for a DH weapon aint heavy.
Does that lever look similar to the on on the Brembo's?

haven't looked into this at all but is this brake related to the navigator 6 pot? could be logical as they were the only ones to make 6 pot so this would be down their alley. also gator = navigator just drop the navi because they had fairly bad reviews.

yeah this has been done and done. Personally I love them, they are so beautifully engineered, and I love overkill on parts like brakes.

they look fancy, but thats about it. why is everyone caught up in the bling of these overly designed clap traps. avid juicy's are tiny and two piston and kick arse, so we all know its not number of your pistons, its how you use em!

jesus they could stop a truck.
but if you can easily lock your tires up with some dual piston hayes why spend the money on some ugly pieces of s#!t
they are silly
and the disc would bend so easily

im glad you enlightened us to that, and were able to base it on the wealth of information you can get just by looking at a picture of it on the internet.

I love a quality assumption early in the morning! I've been using the rotors now for more than a year, and no, they won't bend easily. They are tough, and they are some of the lightest out there at under 175g. And yes its old old news, as prototypes have been around for a couple years now, though I will have a couple sets at the show both on a bike and on a display so you can try em out. Harry, the designer of all of the Navigator/Gatorbrake systems will be on my stand as well, and I'll buy a beer for the first farkiner to tell him to his face that his brakes are ugly:D . Essentially I'm putting my money where your mouth is!!! heheheee

that's the reason you should carry on using hayes/juicey(sp).........you deserve all the skidding you get.......for your lack of understanding how a top brake should work...........

why do you need 8 pots???? its not as if once the wheels lock up the extra pots will help. i'd be happy with 2 pot hayes! still, they are pretty cool and great bragging rights
Still no price as of yet, I will have more info straight from the horses mouth at show time! Come see us!
