Going off the rails

Have a funny feeling I'm going to blow all my cash on a new bike when I get back to melbourne and not have enough cash left over for a car/ute which kind of restricts me to hitching lifts or taking the train.

So where are some good spots for riding around victoria that are easily acccessible by rail?

There are many places you can get via our magical train system. All depends on the time you wanna spend on a train. You can go to camberwell ride down burke road and hit up some single track along the Yarra. You can train to hursty if dh is your thing. Train to diamond creek if djs are you thing. Or you could go to dande which has dh dj and xc all very nice rides. To get to dande you get off at mooralbark i think it is? Someone correct me if i wrong there. Could be upper ferntree gulley but im pretty sure its mooralbark.
