Has anyone had first hand experience of having this done to their old shock..?

Dirtworks is offering this for around $140 for a retro-fit on your shock and I was thinking of getting it done. I have a 2003 cannondale Jekyll which would really benefit from some anti-bob tech due to its single pivot.

Opinions?

Thanks

having experienced the diffenerene on a gemini , my vote would be do it.
I assume you will get very good value out of the service to the shock .

Sorry about the thread hijack, but how does the retro fit compare price wise to just a general rebuild? (new seals, oil, regassing) I'm tossing up if it is worth it on my DH Comp.(btw i have an 03 fox rc)

Cheers,
David

What model Fox Float do you have?

I asked my LBS about a Propedal upgrade for the '02 Float L on my Scalpel, and they said no-can-do.

Another hijack, but a while ago someone mentioned providing the Push service for Fox shocks. Did this ever happen?

I've got an 03 Float L and Bike Addiction said it could be done....

Push will not mail outside of the US, there is also a company in the UK that does this service but postage + downtime = major suck

I'm going to send mine away in a couple of weeks so will let you all know how it goes. One thing that will suck a bit is loosing the lockout but hoping the propedal will mean i dont miss it!

Had it done to my RC in th D8 and I think itwas definitley worth it especially considering the shock neede to be rebuilt anyway ($100).

I'm not sure the effect it will have on the Jeckyll but it's improved the pedalling on the D8 a lot.
