vertical dropouts and qr/bolt on

hi guys, ive got a frame with normal qr vertical dropouts and am currently building a new rear wheel (and looking for a new hub :) ) - i was wondering about qr and bolt on options? im assuming a 10mm bolt on hub will fit fine in my dropouts but does anyone know of any problems or anything? will a 12mm bolt fit?

yea 10 mm will fit fine it will be alot stiffer aswell
