Hey guys 'n girls,
Instead of going on schoolies im getting a bunch of ppl together to go on a DH roadtrip. will be late NOV early DEC.
Most likely leaving sydney and going to jyndy, then to brisbane.
Anybody care to join us?
Any suggestions for places to stay places to ride and people to meet?

helllo from vic.... ther some guys comin up ur way in the easter holi's as more ppl will be able to go then som if u guys wanna hang off till then we can all meet up or not...

helllllllll yes i was planning on doing that after my group decided that htey where staying in townsville, but now we are all going to airle!!!! so im heading down after schoolies to do some riding, hit up the mtb park and all the tracks around seq!!! dont think i will make it out to towommba though, a little bit tooo far.

damn cmon ppl i will be hiting it up with a few balfa boys lets get a good number who are keen so we can get a bus!!! thredbo for the nats race then drive to newcastle for a day of riding, then coffs for 3 days tues wed thurs, then up to brssy for the weekend!!!! who is keen

thredbo for sure! I probably won't be there yet (depends on the doctors & ur travel visa government ) If I am there though I'm sure I'll be on the hill...

I'm mostlikely going to be down thredbo/jindy area from aobut the 8th to the 13th of december :D
Ok people lets get a list of names down and what transport you have/need and dates u r free
An example;
J-ro, Yes, can take 6 others, 23NOV onwards.
Can we get this done quick so i can organise accomadation and dates.

I'll be down in Threadbo for a week or so in early Dec as well. Haven't organised dates yet but will post when I get round to booking.

Put me down at the moment for a yes. Need to see if i can get time of work. I like the bus idea. Should get the black phoenix boys to come along and film a vid. "Road Trip 2003", too funny.......
Will be in thredbo 4th to 11th jan as well. Going to be sweet, booked 2 luxury apartments complete with spas 8) . Joel, pm if you are interested in coming along we have a spare spot.
Joel, going to jindy then up to brisy is back tracking a bit seeing jindy is south and brisy is north. Better to do bb7's suggestion & just heading north and coming to thredbo with us L8R.
When you thinking of doing it bb7? Any chance of moving it back a couple of days? I have something to do on 25th november that i can't get out of.

I'm keener to just go north from Sydney since I'll be hitting up threadbo with cave dweller 4th-11th of Jan anyway.
I think I can get a week or two off starting around the 23rd of November.
There is a good chance we could have up to 10 people stay at my folks holiday house which is about 30min drive from the ourimbah downhill course. Its generally empty during the week and its 5 min from a surf beach.
How about:

heaton and killingworth
newcatle
coffs
brisbane
what would we do for accomodation?
camping might be an option.
