Yes there is.
Its called mt dandenong, there are a stack of trails just gotta go explore, heres a site you may find useful, http://www.victrails.netfirms.com/ that will give you directions on how to get to the trails.

I should have sed what type of riding i do downhill so are there any downhill trails.

channel 10 track mount dandy watch the rock garden its scary, but at least can can make out dirt when it first started it was all rock, anyways thats probaly the best one there are others but if i told you i would have to kill you
