People, as much as we want to see your pictures, posting them in word format is annoying, please stop.
pics IMO should be no bigger than 1024 by 768 either (I know Ive contradicted that before). larger than that is getting unmanageable for most people.
I suggest all you kids that cant resize images all ready:

hit Ctrl R
choose appropriate settings. (sayyy 800x600)
