OK, I've been enjoying the world of Road Bike Riding where I spend 95% of my time riding it and 5% of the time servicing it (as opposed to a MTB which sometimes feels like the other way around).

I only got around to chucking a Speedo on it at the start of this year, it's done close to 5,000kms this year and countless K's on the Trainer and in the previous years. I'm guessing the whole drive trains proabably done around 10,000s.

A respected Bike Mechanic said he was amazed it wasn't slipping. So I guess I'm interested in what you guys are running, and in what condition and how many K's

Here's the form to keep it simple:

Kilometres: (Say if it's still going)
Cassette:
Chain:
Chainrings:
Condition: Always keep it clean, ride and forget or uber anal.

So here's mine:
Kilometres: 10,000kms (guestimate and still going)
Cassette: Ultegra 9spd 11-23
Chain: KMC Z chain
Chainrings: Shimano Ultegra
Condition: Always keep it clean
