Movie Download(non-copyright)

I have downloaded a non-copyrighted "bicycling" movie
the movie is split intwo images
can i join these images(.cue) into one dvd?

any help apreciated

They are probably meant to be put on to 2 VCD's. Just use VCDs and save yourself the trouble (and a few $).
