Green Day - American Idiot (the whole album).
The Dropkick Murphys - Rocky Road To Dublin (trad. irish song, from the 'Sing Loud, Sing Proud' album)
Any Iron Maiden song :p
Stairway to Heaven - Led Zep
1000s are Sailing - The Pogues (from The 'If I Should Fall From Grace With God' album
Holiday in Cambodia by the Dead Kennedys :D
and as RCOH said, "any Iron Maiden song"
The Rime of the Ancient Mariner is also the title of a song by Iron Maiden from their 1984 album Powerslave, a 14-minute heavy metal epic based on Coleridge's poem.

Three songs that would be good and easy to do are:
Heros- david bowie
Hotel calfornia-The eagles
Comftably numb-Pink floyd
All these songs have good stories or meaning which can be translated from the lyrics. if you need any more help pm me.

Lucy in the sky with diamonds - The Beetles (for imaginary). Why does it have to be heavy metal? Dont limit yourself to finding a shit text just because you like metal.

I'd hope that you use a rather more polished command of English in your "assesment" , as compared to your postings, otherwise it would be a waste of time...
Anyway...
Fear Factory's album Obsolete is themed around a human fleeing from authorities in a robot dominated world (the album booklet has lyrics and an accompanying storyline), through the low roads, ruins and sewers beneath the industrialised land above.
Bob Seger's Turn the Page as covered by Metallica...about life on the road.
Metallica Wherever I May Roam..

Forty Six & 2 - Tool.
Journey of transformation of the human race to a higher being. Or at least Maynards proposed version.
Does anyone else think school kids have it too easy today, where are the novels and ye olde english literature...
