Hi all.
Just wanting to now get the word out there that "Day of Singletrack'in 2005" is officially launched today.
This is an end of year Social MTB Event!!!
Last years ride was so successful that this year it will be stepped up another gear.

What?: This a social Mountain Bike (MTB) ride designed to give riders a change of atmosphere (Not Racing or a Big Enduro event) and ride in THE event of the year.
Last year attracted crowds of +100 in its first year, and this year the ride will be stepped up another level to bring you the very best an event can give you!
Incorporated will be a guided tour around the Commonwealth Games MTB track, a fantastic BBQ with drinks, Big prizes, A rider pack including a magazine dedicated to the day, outlining events, who’s who, 2006 product tests and reviews, and a heap of fantastic product.
The ride will feature a number of Australia’s finest riders from very successful backgrounds as well as those who may just see MTB cycling as a fun activity. Everyone is here for one reason:
“To Celebrate the use of Australias premiere MTB venue and just have a fantastic social day”. Call it your end of year MTB community Christmas party. It will all be an event to really remember.
Riders will be in groups of 25 of similar ability and led by a dedicated leader who will guide that group for the duration of the day.

Where?: Park at Belgrave Station main car park Mel Ref. 75 G10
(Same as last year)

Cost?: $15 charge per person for the ride
All riders must have either a “Cycling licence”(CA/MTBA) OR “Purchase a Day Licence” to cover the cycle insurance for the day per rider.
This is an additional $5.00 per rider for the “Day Licence”.

I can promise you a fantastic day to be had - great people, great sponsors, and some fantastic riders show bags to be had.
Take all of the best parts of an event minus the seriousness of racing and here you have Day of Singletrack'in 2005!!!!

Cost: $15 + $5 If you need a "Day licence" (No licence no ride)
All entries must be made via the website, you will recieve participation numbers as reference numbers and on the day you will recieve a whole bundle of goodies and did I mention a great day...?!!!!
