Anyone in here looking for a ride in the 12 hour at Beechworth?

I want to enter but my riding buddies are all either out of town or too chicken.

A team of 4 would do it, that would mean an average of 3 laps each, 4 for some if we're lapping fast enough. I'm not in it to be competitive, just for the participation factor. Main aim would be to beat anyone riding with flat pedals and sneakers... :P

So what do you think? Anyone up for some XC action?

Alternatively, are there any teams of 3 out there looking for an extra rider?

Man! Where were you weeks ago when I sent the forms?...

Me and my mate are doing it as a pair, we're going to die...Should be fun though :oops: Looks like a great event though guys so if you ride a bit of XC, even just for fun I would jump on top of this offer :D

hehe... that was also just having a laugh. :)

but there is a big difference between competing in a 12 hour and going for a pedal around the You Yangs just for fun. :P

hey i might be interested. I was planning on going in the lab gear 12 hour but we couldn't get our entry in on time and so missed out.

My fitness isn't anything marvellous but i would still like to do have a go at one of these endurance races.

Is there anyone else interested or are you building a team up from scratch?

OK I know this is an old thread and all but I figured I'd drag it up instead of making a new one.

Gonzo, if you're interested I'm sure we can still get an entry in... would be good to get another team mate though.

Last minute calls for 2 team mates... The pics of the track looks like it's going to be a heap of fun. :D

Aswell as wanting to get out and do another one of these, there's now a particular team that I would love to thrash due to unimaginable rudeness.
