Nah, fk that, I'm sick of stringing it all together so that its just the top of the track to the bottom, and if I've got multiples of the same person, they were at completely different times of day, so there ain't much point putting em together... thanks for the constructive critisism tho!

Glad y'all like it - which huck to flat did you mean and1? there was a sweet road gap part way along that was to a nice tranny, then the tombstone (big ol' rock) had a bit of a transition to it - was smooth if you got it right... I guess it was just to sought out the wheat from the chaff, as the b line was quite a lot slower...

Excellent vid ! I'm a big fan of bike noises and its great to see that someone has finally got a good balance of original audio and soundtrack. Hearing what is happening at the track adds so much to capturing the atmosphere of the race. Good editing too ! Thats definately worthy of putting on DVD.

Well done mate. You were certainly in the 'right place at the right time' over the weekend getting all those stacks, you lucky bastard! I've been filming for months on and off and have bugger all stacks on film.

What editing software do you use? How do you achieve the accelerated frame rate at the start?

Simply Perfect. One of the best amateur DH vids ive seen in a long time. :D

Arran, I used Adobe Premiere Pro... bloody easy software to use, though I have been using it for a couple of years, so i might be slightly biased! heh... with that, to speed things up, you just right click the segment of vid you want, then go to "speed/duration", and from there you can specify the percentatge you want to speed/slow it up, or the length of time you want it to take... very useful!

second one should be 720 by 540 resolution - still using wmv, so its a bit dodgy, but the first one was only 320 by 240 or something of the sorts...
