i was wondering if we could devide the picture section into Genres of riding eg. have a Dirt Jumping Pictures section and a DownHillers Picture section, i dont get to come on here much so it would be alot more easy to be straight forward about what i wanna see rather than look thru pages of unsure types of riding when all i wanna see is some dirt jumping, if it was possible itd be much appreciated.

hmm that may be so but think about it. Why shouldnt a guy building an xc track get props from a dhiller. I freeride mainly yet I still like to see hwo peoples xc tracks are coming along. It promotes a sense of community to have mixed interests together.
What happens if someone is jumping huge in a DH race, where would the picture go then

DH jumps are different to dirt jumps, i think its still common sense to put it in the DH section of pics seeing as tho its in a dh race?

I dont see the point, there arent enough threads to justify it.
maybe if someone put DH, DJ, FR, XC etc. at the start of their thread title, and could then put multiple prefixes if required. make it a rule, delete thread that dont abide.

Maybe its just me, but I couldn't see it working. Look at how many people forget to use for sale and wanted to buy templates. Could be a good idea though.
Most of the time people name their threads appropriately so I don't see it as much of a problem (this is kind of a contradiction to what I said before).
