viridian room the game

ok im stuck at home infront of the computer due to injurys and have been for 3 weeks.
ive got hooked on this game and the level befor it called crimson room.
ive past that and am now very stuck on this level called the viridian room.

i hav searched for things for along time... and still have 2 free spots on my items list?
and still cant get any further into the game

hey im playing it now but i can only seem to ghet these items:

6 chinese letters, CD case, Bundle of incense sticks, lighter, medicine, Can of beer, black hair and photos of 2 people...

what have you got because we might have the items we each need...

I also just lit the incense on the table near that bell thing...

yeah ive got all that.. also got a picture frame from under where the shoes are...
inside the medicene container there is a note ....

i also lit the incense but it doesnt do anything.

u can put a picture in the frame and u can place it on the table where the bell thingy is to...

you burn the hair and i think a secret msg unfades from the paper the, similar to whats in the medicene container.
also the letters ont he little square cards are that same as whats in with the medicene to??

im confused lol

Oh geez, this got posted up before and I never got around to finishing it... Round #2! :D
Can anybody help me? I've got the lighter, and incense sticks, but can't seem to light them..? Opened diary etc, got 6 cards with asian writing on them, beer, medicine, hair etc.
Edit : Don't worry, got it. Now stuck on next thing haha.

I've finished the game but I'm not telling anyone how to do it. A bit hint however is to read the diary VERY carefully and combine objects (eg. picture with picture frame)

i had the lighter... then restarted the computer and had to start again and now i cant lift the bin again to pick it up... wat am i missing ??

You should just be able to click the bin to lift it up.

im clicking on the bin lots and lots over all of the bin and its still not lifting up again.

last time i just clicked on it once and it lifted up and i got the lighter ?
anybody care to explain wat im doin wrong?

I'm not sure. When I played it all I had to do was click it as well... Try hitting the chime or something...
