View Full Version : Knicks too tight? (In the thigh!)

So after my shit knicks episode, I actually got some warranty replacements, with Carbon inserts on the side (like Skinz?). It's meant to protect me from electrosmog!?

Regardless it's the same size as I bought before, but man they feel tight. Riding in the hills, my legs feel fatigued, almost bloated below the knicks. Could really tight knicks impede blood flow back?

Does anyone know if this is something beside my wild imagination? I'm pretty convinced that my legs feel pretty average compared to when I ride with my other Knicks (I've been alternating between knicks).

dunno about blood flow but I found a similar feeling when using skins (knick length) shorts for jogging. It felt really weird at first, kinda like turning my thighs into a sausage and my knees felt bloated. I thought the skins were too tight, called the supplier and nope they should be like that. They suggested "just wear them round the house for half a day and they should feel more comfortable".

This actually worked. Now when I put them on they feel normal.

Dunno if this helps any but it's my experience with "compression technology".

i cant see the tightness effecting u, unless its and uncomfortable tightness, but yer i think just wear them in a bit, do a few squats, and that might get them nice fitting,

but wat are these carbon things your talking about:confused:, cant say ivve ever heard anything like that in knicks
