Hey guys, I went to the Toowoomba Swap Meet today and picked up this little beauty (or beast, depending on your point of view:p ) for $50.
I wanted it as soon as i saw it, and as soon as i got it home I started getting it rideable straight away.
It's actually not too bad once you get the hang of it.:D
First Photo is what i bought it as, second is in rideable condition.
I'm going to paint it rad-rod style and have all the necessary accessories.

Hmm, a nice pearl or candy coloured paintjob along with alot of chromed parts would be great :cool:

DUDE!!!!! that is sick!!! i reckon for the paint candy pearl orange i think it is with black highlights. Do those like 5" or so wheels fit in the back? cant see that would be sick.

hey maybe get a 22" rear wheel, to try and slight incease clearance and turnin abilility slightly, and maybe put some end sort of things on the forks, like a spike sort of thing with that mchined in dipping, then comin out and then going down to a point. Also you got some more pics of the front end, and just a dull matt paint job like you said, but with a little pin striping, if you can find someone who knows how to or learn to yourself. Well thats my thoughts and sweet find for sure.

It's obviously had quite a bit of care and money put into it at some stage, but then just been left to rust.

I think it definitely looks better with the banana seat, sissy bar and front fender.

nice... that's low, real low. Given me some ideas for the resurrection...

I'm interested to see photos of someone riding it - that top tube looks uncomfortably short, but maybe it's just me.

Keep us updated on its progress too, not just the final product - although with this sort of thing, it's never finished anyway...
