Yes just go to a mac store get an airport card installed (or do it yourself if you know how to) and you will be set.

basically just depends on which rev PB you have and which standard of wireless network you have.

I dont know if you can tell but my comp is a 05 model so i was thinking of getting a Airport Extreme Card (http://store.apple.com/133-622/WebObjects/australiastore.woa/80505/wo/3s3EpzZDf05U3wP4DLm1eAVuTFi/1.SLID?mco=390E8B6&nplm=M8881FE%2FA), would that work does any one know or run the same thing? i know that naz has a Mac the same as it, but did any one else do the same thing as im trying to?

all the powerbooks made with the aluminium casing (2004) and onwards will have airport extreme compatibility.
you have 3 choices.
go to the apple centre closed to you and bend over while they pull money out ya bum for a card.
get an extreme card off ebay and stick it in yourself (piece of cake)
get a standard PCMCIA wireless card from a PC shop for $80. i recommend belkin.
