From a 24 to a Nicolai, I hate you Dave. When can I come over for a ride? She looks fucking ace.

Wicked bike Davo, it reminds me of the Evil Imperial SL, a very very very nice frame! Are you going to be running gears on that thing or keeping it single speed? Ohhhhh and i see you've deciced to breakless and gripless!! (or at least leaverless) :p

very laaa deeee daaaaaaa! keep up the good work! ;)

I was wondering why you were selling the 24, now I understand...
Very nice!
How does it compare to the 24 (ride, geometry, weight, etc)?

That is a big-beautifully-brutal-boxy looking setup.
Perfect for riding to the deli or perhaps even a newspaper round. :p

Are holy rollers directional at all?
I'm curious as to why they're on differently.

they are vertical dropouts mate

oh and the stays are 15.9 inches im pretty sure

and about the guy saying it reminds him of a evil. thats a horrible thing to say. nicolai are the founders of the double top tube (im pretty sure).....evil just copies lol.

dont think dave will be able to tell you hw it rides due to him not having a headset for it so he cant actually ride the thing. but im pretyt sure he is getting one tomorrow so lets wait for the info

Do some homework, and you might find otherwise. Evil didn't copy anyone (and neither did Nicolai).

Oh Godly physisist- does the double top tube actually serve a purpose? makes a comfy seat, with enough room in between the top tubes for your meat and 2 veg

Are those frames any good for freeriding?
would it be worth swapping a Norco shorehardtail frame for one?
Where can they be purchased from?

i seriously think u'd be hard pressed to find a better sexier hardtail freeride frame going round.. some people like the twin top tube, others hate them, i think they're gorgeous!!
that is going to look SOOOOOOOOOOOOO hot with the matte black 66's on it!! were they the 170mm ones?

-DAvo
17-02-2006, 02:09 AM
yeah it would look hot with 66's but ill be running my fox36's on it for now, perhaps move onto 66rc2x's if i get more into the dh/freeride side of things.

bikes running now, and OMG im blown away by how nice it rides! it is much lighter than the letoy and manuals so easily!

will post pics soon.
