I felt it was about time i posted my morphine, had her since christmas...my present to myself :D

Speclist:

Frame: 2004 Banshee Morphine
Fork: 2005 Sherman Flicks
Headset: FSA The Pig DH
Stem: Azonic Aggro
Bars: Azonic Doublewalls
Pedals: Snafu
Front Wheel: 26" Doubletrack on a Specialized Stout hub, 36 spoke
Rear Wheel: 26" Atomlab DHR on a Sun Ringle Abbah hub, 32 spoke
Crankset + BB: FSA X-drive Xtremes
Chain: Kool Chain
Brakes: Avid BB5's, usually front and rear, just running rear at the moment.
Seat: Azonic Hot Seat
Tyres: Minions, 2.5" slow reezay compound

I have to say, this bike makes me quite confident; i have had a history of breaking bikes, but when i jump on the banshee i know i'll break before it does :D

Has anyone run a similar setup with 24" wheels, front and rear? I've been considering picking up a pair. I use it for most things, skateparks, street, dirt jumps, DH and freeride. Thoughts?

Thanks! Yeah, it's off because everytime i barspin the front brake locked up...I could put longer cables on, but i haven't been bothered.

I'd sooo love to have a DH specific HT, it's have to be either a Morphine, Nicolai or Scab. I've heard that the Morphines are such a tough frame that they put some componentry at risk, Can't see that baby cracking in the near future! Go hard mate!

PS, stealth rules.

Yeah, fixed the chain problem just a few days after that, and i havent had any problems since. We should definatly organize a ride sometime, i'd like to see that nicolai of yours in the flesh (or aluminium).

My Scab has been particularly good on the trails on the few occasions I've taken it downhill.

Morphine looks sweet BTW.
