hey, i posted this up not long ago but it seems to have dissappeared from farkin for unknown reasons, i can't find it even using the search function...
anyway, i am looking at a 16 foot drop in townsville, i am pretty confident with it but i would realy like to try somthing arround the 11 foot mark before i try the 16 footer because my biggest thus far is only 7 feet.
if you know of anything contact me.

why not extend the drop in your display picture with a little northshore maybe? shouldnt be too hard to do. or alternatively just huck bigger off it and get your mates to mark our where you land and just keep doing it untill you hit the 11ft mark. just some suggestions;)

Speaking of Hucks, i was at the local skate park yesterday practicing stuff and i looked over at the 7 ft half pipe and at the top was this 8 year old girl being prompted by her little brother " aww come on you can do it easy!"

So here she is and she is actually on an adults mountain bike looking over the edge of this halfpipe setup and i quickly had to say something.

Hey "You really gonna ride off that?"

Before she could answer, i also added "just make sure that your little brother is clear on your phone number, because when you go over that edge you will probably fall face first onto the bottom of the pipe and smash out most of your teeth, which will not matter that much because your jaw and nose and cheekbones will probably be smashed into pieces.

Oh and one last thing: " If you do smash face first, it will really HURT!"

She sat their staring at the half pipe for about 10 seconds and i was very relieved to see her walk her bike down the stairs. I then showed her and her brother a few little tricks that they could attempt and do on a few small ramp sections of the skate park and they were rapped!

I had a mate who Hucked himself of a drop 9-10ft last year and he landed face first so it was very easy to describe him to the kids.

Sounds like something I will do when I start doing bigger stuff at parks... Stack Count From 12/11/2004: 75 :p
