www.torpedo7.com (NZD website, but best deals ever)
www.fortheriders.com (Aus website, good stuff)
www.phantomcycles.com.au (Lots of great sales, Australia)
www.dhdirect.com.au (Really cheap, good quality stuff)
Those are the best ones from my experience. Also ebay.com.au is another of my personal favourites for bike parts :D

Google...
Jenson USA www.jensonusa.com (http://www.jensonusa.com)
Canbria bike www.cambriabike.com (http://www.cambriabike.com)
Price Point www.pricepoint.com (http://www.pricepoint.com)
supergo is super gone!
All these are online stores- and every one will shag you in the ass on shipping, Fedex, or UPS.
www.mtnhighcyclery.com (http://www.mtnhighcyclery.com) is pretty good, you'll need to email or call up for orders though (I suggest calling); for a smaller selection but great service try www.redbarnbicycles.com (http://www.redbarnbicycles.com) , again you will need to call or email for orders, but Chad at Red Barn is a top guy. Both will ship USPS (US Postal Service), which is muchj cheaper and more realiable in alot of cases, quicker too sometimes.
www.chainreactioncycles.com (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com) is also said to be good, they will ship either Royal Mail, or Parcel Force (which I belive is a division of Royal Mail). Or even better- a local option check out www.phantomcycles.com.au (http://www.phantomcycles.com.au) .
Edit: Sorry folks- links fixxed!

Here's the big Question but
If i buy from a store in the States (pricepoint.com) will i get taxed when it comes to australia, i.e. will they make me pay full price when it goes through customs and all that?? or will there be a fee? I mean will i have to pay the australian price for it??

Chain reaction cycles are excellent for orders under $1000 (the customs hassle threshold). I have found that if I order something from them (UK based) I have it inside a week, which is tons better than most bike shops in Australia can do. Their custom wheel builds are pretty special, mine was about as well built as any wheel I have ever had right out of the box. Five stars!
Price point are good, but ship differently to the others. The use courier instead of postage, and due to this you'll get inspected and probably slugged for anything over $250. I learnt the hard way. Their shipping is also really expensive. I'd get what you want somewhere else if you can, it will probably be cheaper. I've had good experience with www.speedgoat.com. Their shipping generally makes up for their prices being a little more.

You will pay customs based on the prices included in the invoice, converted to $AUD.
Do a search on customs taxed on this site, and/or look them up yourself on the custom's webpage (not hard to find). I have posted before on the subject if you want something to start searching on farkin with.
Dropnzone is also good; very good prices on Rockshox forks, and he is generous with the invoiced amount.
You need to keep an eye on the shipping type; mail services (ie USPS) are cheaper, and also get a generous and special treatmenet by customs (the limit before they are taxed is increasd for some reason). Hence I would only deal with US sites that use USPS (don't confuse with UPS!); similar thing with UK sites, look for the sites that use postal services.
Good luck.
He's on the money. For USPS the total (including shippin) before they start ripping into your package is $400. Other services is $250. Some times you will get away with more, just don't count on it. It seems very random. Many of us have posted about this before. Search.

Actually they changed the regulations last October. It is a $1000 regardless of method of entry now:

Mate got a good deal there on some forks and they managed to accidently understate the value of the goods on the invoice.

It's worth going to this site, which summarises component prices at various shops.

Been 2 weeks now and nothing, The Hope disc was "out of stock" when I ordered, everything else was listed as "in stock". So I looked up my account in the order tracking section on the net and everything I ordered is now listed as "out of stock".
Oh well, lucky I'm not sweating on this order!
On a happier note, I placed an order with Phantom cycles yesterday and it arrived today.
