Stolen: 05' Specialized P.2

Basically, a couple of weeks ago a few lads cut through a fence at the bottom corner of our school came in and stole a 05 Norco Manik.

This time, same deal, but with bolt cutters. Flogged some random bike, the P.2 and tried to get an 05' Sassie but couldn't cut through the lock. The bike was found the next day at our BP by some people from Betta Electrical. They questioned them, then the people just took off (should be on surveillance(sp?) though.

The frame has been painted a shitty grey colour. All Fork/wheels stickers taken off. Had a hack at the serial number with a grinder. Can't put together a headset properly. Don't know whether there's any damage to the 20mm Qr on the Pikes. It seems as though they've missed something out while reassembling or just tightened the **** out of it with a shifter cause there's gouge marks out of the forks and half rounded the little turny know thing (Not the lever). Surprisingly, they've tensioned the chain perfectly.

Police came and took photo's, details da da da da da da. Will try and get some aftershots of the bike.

BAH... insurance or anything going too help with those repair costs?
