far out tom that sucks so much, was it taken from your garage again because if so youve got to think of somewhere else to store your bikes (if your getting another one)

Thanks guys. Yeah, it was taken from the garage. It opened by itself in the middle of the night... really weird. The garage then did the same thing the next night after we checked that it was closed at round 10. Nuthin was taken that night though. Apparently its faulty wiring.
Hopefully House & Contents insurance will cover the bike. problem is they might be getting suspicious after 2 Norcos were taken middle of last year.

Damn mate, that sounds like a dodgy door. I hope the insurance company see's the truth in your story. Can you keep your bikes inside your house at all? I know it might be a hassle but if your door is shagged then that is what I'd be doing (except for the fact that my bikes and all the gear would take up 2 bedrooms). I hope you get it back soon in good nic.
Hey,
That's rough.
Im in Cremone, so I'll keep an eye out. Had my bike stolen a few weeks ago (not from my place), so I feel your pain.
Best of luck finding it and the motherf&$ker that stole it.

if the garage door was opened, through fault of your own or not, and the bikes wernt locked up i hate to say it but theres sweet F A chance of home and contents covering the bike...

Everytime i see a post about a bike being stolen i get sick to my stomach. I dont know why people do that. Some people have saved up all their money to pay for their bike and some asshole just comes along and steals it. It makes me so damn angry. Sorry you lost such an awesome bike dude, The dickhead who stole it deserves an ass whipping with a metal chain. Stealing is one thing that really makes me angry, its at the top of my hate list.

We're renting a house at the moment. Its pretty much impossible to open the door from the outside. Someone came to fix it the other day and said the only explanation would be this one wire, so he cut it and now we've gotta use this remote control 2 open it.
Who do u reckon will have to pay, us, the owners, the garage door company or the insurance?
I really dont wanna hav 2 pay for another bike.

hey mate i travel through mosman all the time and i am allways there at friends houses and what not so i will keep a look out and if i see the dude i will go and talk to him about the bike and if he has shit for brains then he wont no any thign about the bike so i will try and get his name and hook up for a fake ride or something. if we do that then you can come along and we can get it back while beating the living shit out of him. fark i hate people that steal, its sooooo low! touch wood that it wont happen to any one else.
i think the one problem you will have is that it was all stock so it will be hard to know if its yours or not.

Costs me about an extra $20 a month on my policy.
Sorry to hear about the bike to the original poster..

r u sure that mabe someone isnt opening the garage from the outside with their own remote control. Some controlls may work for other garages and that might be how it opened in the middle of the night! ... just a thought
