Where to do some freeriding

i recently moved to pymble in the northshore of sydney and was wondering were some good freeriding spots are and some downhill tracks?? Also what are some bike shops that are close that service giant?? :D

go to pylet.com the boys are out riding mostly every weekend with there bus and will be happy to have you for a freeride day.
