thats the first time i had seen it and that is some crazy stuff!

those guys go so big - so much more potential for carnage trying your first 360 of a 60ft kicker than (like i did) a grass kicker up to a flat grassy landing - and i still managed to bail and hurt myself  :)

Pastrana is not an arrogant wanker. He is very down to earth, and i have more respect for pastrana than any other athlete in the world.
I can imagine the possibility of doing a backflip on a moto(although i could never land one, or have the balls to attempt it in the first place) but a 360 - i can't even get my head around it.

   that is farkin sick.
being the first to do something new kicks arse. it's alot easier just to follow other people, but harder to do something no-ones ever done before.
now, when will we see these tricks cross to mtb.....

moties are soooooooooo much easier to do tricks on, their just like a really stable platform. i find it impossible to so tricks on my pushy that i used to be able to on my moti

Some tricks, yeah... but anything that involves moving the bike around is 100x easier on a pushy, whips, 360s, flatties etc.

yea good point socket, but the weight and the motor on a motie makes it easier to start laying it out flat before you've even left the ramp for whips, id wouldnt really wanna try that on a pushy... but yea 360, flatties = basically impossible

backies on a moto would be harder than on a pushy, but becouse of the higher centripedal (i THINK that's what it's called) force, a moto keeps spinning, and is harder to stop, so variations would be easier...
360's are FARKED
that would be dayne kinnard, the best aussie frmxer

Didn't Brian Deegan just brake his leg and his arm(or something along those lines) trying one of those at the winter games?? I saw on the news that he bailed and came down pretty hard, but yeh those 360's are crazy i watched brian do the 1st one and he landed sidewayz and managed the ride out of it! thats some crazy stuff being able to throw one of those things around

1st of all you gravedug and you didnt have the right facts !!.... dayne kinnard is only one of australias best freestyle mxers, jono porter is probably the best as he has done the backflip...dayne is yet to do one and luke urek bust bigger moves then dayne

Actually dayne has flipped at a x games qualifier in new york last year, he landed his first attempt but came up short on his second attempt.Carey hart was first to attempt a back flip at gravity games in 2000. The first aussie may have been Robert felli in 2002
holy crap thats awesome!!!
mx is going so xtreme now!!!
