Can you convert these into single chainring ?

Coz ive got some chepo triples on an old bike and you can take the 2 biggest rings off .

You should be able to, depending on how good they are. Normally they have allan key bolts on the back which allow you to take the chainring off. then just space out yourchainring to get your chainline right and chuck a chain guide on.
