Long Travel Forks on an AC

Just a quick question. Thinking about building up my AC for a light DH until i can afford a new DH bike :D Will 203mm Boxxers snap my front end clean off leaving me with a broken frame/teeth? I searched the forums and Giants website and can't find any help so any would be much appreciated
