Jr T's on an AC

hey guys im about to buy a set of Jr T's to put on my 05 giant AC, just wondering if it is to much for the frame to handel and if it would just snap the frame clean in half, im not sure what the frame is rated to. Does any one run Jr T's on an AC or is it just rediculous. the Jr T's are an 04 model and have 170mm of travel.

Person I know has an AC with Junior Ts. Works fine... doesnt look to bad either. This bike has been through 15/20ft gaps and 8ft drops and is still fine (well, from what I can see on the outside :p )
