View Full Version : single crown for bullit
Hi everyone out there , I'm looking at making my santa cruz bullit a bit more versatile for going up as well as down. I was thinking maybe some Fox 36's or Boxxer Rides , maybe even a dual chainring. I love my BULLIT , I just want to ride it further, any ideas . CHEERS

If your looking for quality forks. Have a look at the marzoochi range, theres heaps to chose from and they are reasonably priced. Just go onto the site and have a look.;)

Personally i'd get 66's.
I've seen them on Bullits before and they look great, and they're suposed to be like a single crown 888 and i love my 888's.
66 gets my vote..

Depends what you want to do on the bike. For just DH then Boxxers or bigger, for everything DH included then 66 or 36. Having ridden both 36 and Bullits I rekon they'd be a great mix. If my 36s don't sell before I'moutta the red I'll be looking for a Bullit for them.I was negotiating for a used Bullet on here but things got tight on the home front and the dream got quelched.

The Fox are at least a pound lighter than tha Marzochis.
The air ones probably two pounds lighter.
My Fox are excellent.

nobody has mention pikes yet i think they would suit real nice the trave adjust ments and the versatile use of them make them a perfect all round fork

imo pikes are too small for a bulleit...
might wanna look at the totems for next season, or the lyrics, depending on how big you want to go. they look good

maybe have a look at marz 66 or fox 36rc2. Depending on your price they are both value for money. Although 66's arent adjustable but they come in either 150mm or 170mm travel. Hope that helps
