farkin thread sorting

hi, i have an idea for another way of sorting threads/posts. my fantastic idea is that you add another way of sorting them, it would be "sort by: Thread start date" and it will be just that, so the newer threads are right at the front and the older ones get pushed to the back. i think this would be especially helpfuk in the "for sale" forums, with new bikes for sale at the start...

dude they are already done like this, sort of.

the thread to have the latest post is at the top of the page, and they cascade accordingly.

hence having BUMP to bring your thread up to the top in the for sale forums ;)

i know about this, but i just think it would be better to add another way, to make it easier to find the newest threads in any forums. (and it would potentially stop illegal bumping)

In my eyes this is stupid and pointless...

It would just mean more shit on the forums you dont need,
as the threads with new posts in it since you were last on are either in the newpost section, and highlighted in every forum...
It isnt hard to look at a thread and relise if its new or old by how many views its had..
