Just wondering if anyone is nice enough to point out some drops in and around Bayswater/Basin/Montrose/Boronia/Kilsyth etc...

The terrain is there, its just hard to know where to look.

PM me if you don't want to give away the spots.

how beginner? I am probably looking towards intermediate to advanced now. I already know of drops in the 6-8ft range but wanting to improve on this. Just need a bigger challenge.

I have been meaning to do this course. Just haven't had the time.

also, a jump up my way in bush, bellow ch.10 dh track, thers a few jumps plus a 1ft kicker into a valley, good fun, you can drop a fair way before the outher side, good for learning because you can work into it.

Hay man where abouts at Grace Dale park??? Do you mean the drop off the concrete slad into the drainage ditch (Next to the walk over thing)

If you live in east Ringwood we should hook up for a ride and maybe build some trails... What bike you riding???

There is a few of us riding the East Ringwood area so you should come along some time...

Cheers James :)

Ahh, ye olde brickworks. Which drops where you doing there? The little one with the landing some kids made? Or the on off one of the roots of the big tree next to the main roll-in? Pity brickies is dead. Good times. You sound like you from the area. Where abouts are you located? I know of a few drops and some decent lines around the area. There not that big though. 6' max. But shoot me over a pm, and we can talk.

we session anything available at brickies. I made recently a new drop onto the new pallet (new pallet of two next to each other). Its about 6-8ft I think. Work Bayswater so local by day.

You dreaming mate. People should jsut give up on brickies. It will never return to its former glory. (meaning, 6-7 years ago, not just 3 years ago when there were a few jumps). Too many people walk in that area now, and it's in Montrose, which is full of "greenies".

And the amount of damage to the local area that those jumps has created is just terrible. Legalisation won't happen.
