How To Section??

could it be possible to have a How to section? Ive noticed that there is almost always a question like "How To blahblah...." and i thought that a how to section would be a great resource for many new comers, like me.

how to find threads that have been covered 1000 times before:

-move mouse to search function
-click
-enter search topic
-click "go"




but seriously, it all just goes in the parts n stuff section.. thats what its there for - advice about parts, and how to do stuff

goto manage attachments. then browse then choose the photos..
