I was riding my brothers BMX today, and I squeezed the rear brake. Suddenly I felt a snap, and the lever went loose. I inspected the brake system and found this: (See pic)

The cable connecting the lever to 'the device' had snapped near the lever. This device seems to convert a pull on one cable to a pull on 2 cables so that they can be connected to the gyro.

So, I need a new 'device'.

What are these devices called, where can I get them, and how much will they cost?

Cheers,
Arpit

Splitter cable (dunno if that's what everyone calls em though, that's just what I call them haha), can get em from your local bike shop for about $20.

Hey buddy. They are called gyros. They allow bmx's to do bar spins and x up's etc.It will cost you 15 -25 dollars to get a new one. I was in the same situation a couple of months ago.Its easy enougth to install and quite cheap.
