Please note to all that would like to attend. Because we have not yet secured the access to the NEW premises, the working bee for this weekend (23rd July) has been moved to good old "Long Gully". It's one of the few places we can get access to at this time of year and by now it needs some fixing up. I thought we would look at doing some track maintenance there as well as look at developing another track or two.

Similar format as before. Work in the morning (9.00), lunch, then rides in the afternoon till 4 pm. $10.00 including lunch/transport for "real" workers. Those wishing to attend the ride sessions only $25.00, including lunch. Non MTBA/Club license holders add $10.00 for day license.

Regards
Andrew Swann

Hmmmmm, decisions, decisions, do I go and build/ride at my track (Healesville) or go and build/ride at Long Gully (Healesville), I'll think about both, possibility of a bobcat there for Sunday if you would like that.

EDIT: after thinking I'm definately going to Long Gully, you tell me what t build and we'll build it and I'll be getting some more footage for my crappy movie.

The tracks holding up well. Lower section gets a bit wet but dries quickly with some good weather. Sunday looks like being great too.

Thought we might look atb the area to the north of the property into the quarry area. Dry, steep and very rocky ground. Also develop the 4th course we started earluer this year. This too is very steep and has some big drops. Need lengthening.

Need to spend some time on the existing tracks to make sure they can hold the riding later this year. Face some of the drops so they don't fall apart. Maybe spend some time lengthening the rock gardens.
