What: adapter for front brake, 8" rotor with hayes caliper (post mount) to Rockshox fork (international standard mount)

Extra Info: Just that this should be the 8" adapter for IS mount to fork and a post mount for the caliper, its a 20mm hub (pikes) but a standard adapter will fit.
