Jared Graves won the Biker Cross (4X) at Crankworx. Ever since I had a chance to ride and hang out with Jared, he has become one of my favorite riders. Not only is he one of the most talented riders in the world, he is also very down to earth and humble. I'm always stoked to see him do well! Congratulations go out to Jared! WHISTLER, Canada (transcendmagazine.com ) -- Under cool and windy conditions, Jared Graves proved once again that he is comfortable sitting on the top step of the podium. On one of the better 4x courses we have seen in a long time, Gracia, Lopes Graves and Hannah sliced and diced their way down completing numerous passes along the way.
Graves was snapping people left and right all evening and didn't dissapoint in the final heat. Graves got passed by Gracia in the air and it looked like the showman would win until the last corner when Graves buried it inside and got the job done once again.
For the women, Kintner cruised to one of her trademark easy wins. This was made even more simple then normal due to the fact that arch rival Tara Llannes was out after injuring herself earlier in the day. She is now on crutches.
