there are heaps of DH tracks in the newy region, alot of FR tracks also. some people might not want to reveal the location of their own hard built tracks but some other good tracks are killingworth DH, there is atually a race on there today. also glenrock has some good trails so ive heard , have not yet been there yet.

Glenrock has some good DH tracks. Just if you are riding Glenrock do not trailbash and building anything is strictly out of the question. Once thats sorted its a great place. Got something of everything. Like Giantstp said Killingsworth has some good DH tracks. There was a race on today and that went awesome. If you are looking for something that lasts a bit though i'd suggest taking the trip down to Ourimbah. Its a pretty good track (pedally though) and you can drive back up the top rather than hike (like most tracks in Newcastle) Awaba also apparently has some good stuff. Not positive what it's like though, never been there myself but from i've seen and heard it seems great. Accessibility and Shuttability (is that even a word:confused: ) is also questionable. Call some of the LBS, meet up with some other riders and ask them. You might even be shown a few 'secret' tracks.
