hey all i am a sorta new downhill rider i used to ride easy tracks with friends untill i got a bit cocky and broke some bones on a jump and gave up for a year but now im back and want to get better and start racing what sorta advice and tips can you give me i have a hardtail dbr bsx sport will that do the job for a while or should i invest in a fully my mate is trying to sell me his 222 for $2200 what is ur opinion and what tracks r in cairns Cheers

there are some really decent tracks behind smithfeild shopping center.

just go try tracks on your bsx sport...if your wrists start hurting and your bike falls apart, maybe you should upgrade.

buy ur friends bike
its a sweet bike your bike wont do the job unless you like breaking bones!

Your BSX will do fine. But find out for yourself. Why post asking if it will be okay, go out and rip it.

ive broken arm, collerbone and ankel all in 1yr so you can expect to break bones

and if you practice hard challenging tracks then when it comes to races and other tracks they are easier

Buy the 222 dude.....Anything with "Sport" in the name, means: "I wish I could, but this is all I could manage!"...;)

no seriously.. your never comming riding with me again, you cant be trusted... every time i turn around you need to go to hospital again:D :D

i have never had to go to hospital while riding just the next day
