not sure if this is where i should ask this, but are we aloud to post auctions for the stuff going up for sale? not against any farkin laws is it?

I think you can do it, as long as you don't do it crapily (etc not setting a date, just letting it go for a year).

As far as I know, we don't have the legal authority to be able to guarantee that anyone will pay what they bid, ie help eliminate dummy bidders. There just isn't a big enough market here to really make it worthwhile either, in my opinion anyway. Hit up ebay if an auction is what you're after.

im not really wanting to do a full on ebay style thing.. i just sorta wanna put in the post "this is an auction, post your bids and highest one (one whatever date) wins". just so im not being under/overpaid for my stuff. so im aloud to do that?

if you wanna do that, get the poeple to PM you their prices. would cause less arguments and problems with buyers. and maybe change the price on your item as the bids get higher??

that sounds a lot like the way the system works now.

hehe, you better have a pretty nice bike mate, because even the nicest rigs take a few weeks to move on this site, there are just so many of them.
