Ive been looking around in the sales areas and found that alot of threads dont have pictures in them which frustrates me. Maybe you could make it compulsory to put pictures on?? or more specific comments on the item??

I don't think you can really force people to put pictures in a post. Sure, it is frustrating, but some people don't have access to a digital camera. Something like a for sale template is easy to implement, because that's something everyone is able to do. Pictures can't really forced out of people. Most people on here realise anyway that if you want something sold, people want to see pictures, so its not often too much of an issue

We've discussed this, and the bottom-line is we can't force pictures and we can't force better descriptions... so it's a matter of "buyer beware" if you're buying sight unseen AND it's up to the seller if they want to seriously hinder their chances of a sale by NOT providing piccies or a decent description.

You can't see anything really in a pic anyway, especially if the seller wants to hide something. It's just phycological,do your homework, ask questions, only buy of reputable people.

i will never understand 'pm me for pics' or 'i will email you pics' seeing how simple it is to attach them in the post

if a seller is too lazy/stupid to post a pic up, you can also probably expect them to be nice and lazy with postage/payment info and everything else...

caveat emptor!

I don't understand this either.
It's about a minute out of thier life, that doesn't need to be done again unless somone requests better pictures.
I've been put off buying several items because there hasn't been photo's of the item.
Just recently i saw a thread with about 20 bumps, sh*t all price drops (what is it, 3 bumps then drop the price?) and about 5 threads saying pictures soon, but still, there were no pictures.

"PM me for pics" it's the same process to attach them to a PM as it is to attach the to a thread, and more people will request, meaning more time wasted.
