Incident on the news

Hey recently on the news theres was an incident of a man who had to be winched by a helicopter when he got stuck between concrete blocks by the ocean side, and the water levels were rising....just wondering after much searching if this was the same place as the pics below :confused:

Sorry guys got pics up now, and the other story about the kid who dug a whole in the sand is true, when the sand colapsed on him and trapped him beneath the ground....his father told him before not to dig holes in the ground

Could've been a different story. But didn't an overseas visitor make sand tunnels, went in one, it collapsed and he suffocated.
