hey bmx's
i currently have an STP and am selling it to fund my DH rig, im going to do up an old sorta bmx i have lying round, all i need for it now is a set of brakes and a 3 piece crank. im on a budget as im saving for a DH rig, but want decent stuff. im going to purchase diatech brakes and snafu lever and federal brake cable. is this stuff any good? cant you just tell im a MTBr :p
also, how much would i be looking at to pay for a 3 piece crank, as i said im on a budget, ill buy 2nd hand i dont care :p :D oh and if any of you bmx's have one or sale PM me.

hey reece, my mate has a set of 3pces (diamondback i think) and i dont know whether they'll even fit the bike he bought them for, so i'll find out and let you know if you want

yeah, im currently running dia-tech hombres on my new bike and their very nice, i ve heard good things about the federal slick cables and most snafu parts are great if your on a budget. if you want it a little bit cheaper then have a look and see what strickly has in because you can post it any where in aus

For a good brake all you need is Diatec's. Just put on some KOOL stop Pads and make sure you have a half decent rim! You know your brake is awsome when it honks! have a look at the specialized FUSE series!

also does it really matter if i have a 3 piece or not? is there really a difference with a 3 piece and a 1 piece? im talking performance wise. i know the one piece is more of a hassle to get off and tighten etc, but they are ALOT cheaper.
